We have a application which has a reporting DB Schema. This schema is used for developing reports. There is a Process to refresh this schema every night.

This process drops all the tables in the schema and re-creates the tables. I would like to know the impact on space management in table space if this process is used.Does is result in Fragmentation in tablespace ? Any other impact ?

No fragmentation above all if you use locally managed tablespace.
