I can see linuxx86 installaion file in oracle home... Whether it is same for Windows too? Are there any changes in the system tables (v$sql,v$mystat etc)

Precise your question.
There is no 11g for Windows.

Dictionary and all Oracle source is the same for all platforms (but low level OSD(ependent) fucntions).

I don't think that 11g is available yet for Windows. As for changes, check the Oracle documentation.

Is the installation possible anyway? They have given installation instruction documents for windows... But I am not sure that same( linux version) can be used for Windows.... Pls help me... What is the latest edition for windows ?

Try to think a little bit and you will know the answer.
Or make a little test: take any program you have on Linux and execute it on Windows.

Latest on Windows: 10.2.0.3, latest free 10.2.0.1 but you would know it if you look at the download page.
